If this winter there has been a restaurant in Andorra that has broken molds to become one of the "must" places of the Principality, there is no doubt that it has been KAO Soldeu. A restaurant born under the formula of a "winter-pop restaurant" that will close its doors on April 22th until the next winter season.
You are still in time to bid farewell to KAO Soldeu before the end of the ski season. But if it's really impossible, do not despair! KAO Soldeu will reopen next December with the arrival of the 2019/20 winter season.
Success in his first winter in Soldeu
There is no other word that better defines the first season of KAO Soldeu: Success. A restaurant that, since its creation, has opened as a "Winter-pop restaurant", or what is the same, an ephemeral restaurant that would close at the end of winter.
Five very intense months, during which KAO has been the country's most ftrendy restaurant, delighting those who visited it and tried their little pleasures of Chinese haute cuisine.
Open until April 22th
You still have a few days to come and enjoy its dishes. From traditional soups from the coldest regions of China to high-carbohydrate hot dishes, such as fresh wok noodles, veal on an iron plate or Dim sum (hand-made Chinese tapas), among which we find the traditional recipe of jiao zi, the dim sum typical of the cold regions of northern Beijing. All of them ideal to recover after a day of skiing. Not forgetting the Peking Duck, the most iconic KAO family speciality, which has earned them the recognition of Asian food lovers.
