Your home away from home
Since the beginning of the pandemic, at Park Piolets Mountain Spa we have worked hard to ensure a safe stay. And we will continue to do so during the 2021/22 winter season.
In order to guarantee the correct implementation of the health and safety protocols established by the Andorran Ministry of Health, we have the services of a company specialised and certified by the Andorran Government in the field of environmental and food safety. This company advises and certifies us in the preparation of the procedures manual as well as its correct implementation during each day of the season.
On your arrival at the hotel, you will find the Covid-19 standards and a QR code clearly visible for you to download. In addition, throughout the hotel you will find automatic dispensers of hydro-alcoholic gel and you will see that we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the distance between people in accordance with current regulations.
Your safety is the most important thing. Remember that:
- Tourists over 6 years of age staying for 3 or more nights in the country must have a vaccination, recovery or test certificate which they must provide at their tourist accommodation or show to the public authorities. French, Spanish and Portuguese nationals are exempt from having/showing these certificates. All citizens coming from all countries considered to be a "green zone" (EU 2020/1475) will also be exempt from having and/or exhibiting a certificate. As well as citizens from countries with a test ratio equal to or over 5,000 tests per week per 100,000 inhabitants and a positivity rate of less than 5%. The supporting document must be the original, it can be written in Catalan, Spanish, French and/or English and can be submitted either in paper or electronic format. For more information, please visit the official Andorra Tourism website here.
- From 17 June 2021, in Andorra you can move without using a mask when you are outdoors, as long as you can keep a safety distance of 1.5 metres.
- The use of masks is obligatory in closed public places such as hotels, bars, restaurants, shops, cultural establishments, among others.
