Here in Andorra, the government has begun to introduce new measures in order to be able to come out on the streets. It will be possible to go out on alternate days, at a maximum distance of two kilometers from home and wearing a mask. In fixed time ranges, to go for a walk or run (but in no case to do risk sports), to wander or to do the shopping. And other times will be reserved for the elderly and vulnerable groups.

Pilates is a discipline that brings many benefits to body and mind. It will be very useful to us these days when we move less to mobilize our joints and oxygenate the body. It is also a way to train safely, since it is an activity without impact, in which the exercises are done in a controlled way and very slowly. In addition, this technique improves posture and muscle flexibility and works our breathing a lot. It helps to prevent the back pain that these days sitting down and taking bad postures, will be very good for us.

🕳 A drill, 🖋 A pencil or marker, 📄 A sheet of paper or cardboard, 🧶 Wool yarn, ✂ Scissors
Draw a face on the piece of paper or cardboard. Cut out the outline of the face drawn. Make holes in the upper part of the face. Count the number of holes made and cut the same number of wool strips (they can be of different sizes and colors). Insert the wool strips into each hole.You have your own doll!
The wool strips are the doll's hair, which you can comb, cut a bang, paint the doll’s face ... and everything you can think of!
