The latest for the winter season 2022-2023, comes from the prestigious Italian Chef Andrea Tumbarello, who will advise the gastronomic direction of the restaurant that will give a twist to the Italian cuisine of the first level.
Natural Italian pastas accompanied by traditional sauces, lassagna, risottos, osso buco and other specialities... not forgetting a wide range of antipasti and pizzas made with natural dough produced in-house and delicious desserts such as pannacota and tiramisu.
Andrea Tumbarello is known for being the owner of the restaurant Don Giovanni, a reference of Italian cuisine in Madrid. The restaurant has won numerous awards, including two Soles from the Repsol Guide and recognition as the Best Italian Restaurant in Madrid, awarded by the Muestra Gastronómica de la Pasta y el Dulce de Daroca. In addition, Tumbarello is also recognised for his appearance on the Masterchef cooking show and for being the 'king of the truffle', as he has his own line of products based on this fungus.
