A new non-stop cooking proposal to always have a hot dish ready to satisfy your appetite. But not just any dish! In the new Trattoria you will be able to enjoy the best Italian specialities from the prestigious chef Andrea Tumbarello, owner of the restaurant renowned as the best Italian restaurant in Madrid. The restaurant, designed by Pilar Líbano (considered one of the best decorators in the world and whose stamp permeates all the renovations carried out in the hotel), will have a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, in the style of Italian culture. It will be located on the ground floor of the hotel, with large windows that will bring natural light into the space during daylight hours. The decoration will be dominated by noble materials such as wood, iron and textiles.
Moving forward to offer you always a bit more.
We refuse to settle for the ordinary. Every day, we challenge ourselves to push the boundaries, exploring new frontiers of hospitality and luxury.

Every detail is designed with a purpose: to make your dreams come true. Because every smile, every sigh of wonder, is the measure of our success. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward.
Corporate events and social celebrations will have new spaces this summer. Once again, Pilar Líbano will be in charge of completely transforming the area located on the first floor of the hotel, to create 3 cosy, modular and multi-purpose rooms. For business meetings, they will allow all kinds of set-ups (school, meeting room, U-shape...) and will be equipped with the most advanced technologies. For social events, the cocktail or banquet set-ups will be adapted to the number of guests.
The youngest members of the family will have a new space to play and have fun in the hotel. The new Kids Club will be located on the first floor of the hotel, and will have play areas for all ages (not forgetting the table football and video games for the older ones). Next to the Kids Club, separated by a glass wall, there will also be an area for parents to watch their children play while they rest and have a snack.
