Buffet 1817, for your breakfasts and dinners
The ideal place to start the day with all the energy in the world! Have breakfast looking at the slopes of Grandvalira and load batteries for your day of skiing.
In the show-cooking areas you can ask to prepare a succulent French tortilla with cheese, or fresh bacon strips that you can accompany with scrambled eggs... Add a toast spread with tomato and olive oil and a fruit juice, and you have half the breakfast solved. Afterwards, take some nuts, a coffee with milk accompanied by cookies and you are ready to devour the ski slopes.
At night, our buffet is transformed to offer you the most balanced dinners. Meat or fish made at the moment in the plates of our live cooking areas that you can accompany with vegetables or pasta (always depending on the intensity of your day). For dessert, some fruit or even a little treat with our delicious pastry cakes.
In both cases (breakfast and dinner) we have the support of the prestigious gastronomic consultant Hofmann in the processes involved from the selection and purchase of the product to the cooking and presentation techniques, always betting on the highest quality in our final product.
KAO Soldeu Restaurant, Chinese haute cuisine
They say that Asian cuisine is one of the healthiest (without forgetting the Mediterranean diet). For fans of good oriental cuisine, we present the most outstanding novelty of this winter season: the first Winter-pop restaurant in Andorra. And what does this mean? That it is an ephemeral restaurant, born for you to enjoy this winter season. His restoration proposal comes from the hand of the Kao family, a pioneer of Asian gastronomy in Barcelona and owner of the Shanghai and Kao Dim Sum restaurants in the city.
In addition to hot dishes based on carbohydrates, you can enjoy healthy dishes like wok vegetables or their famous steamed or boiled Dim Sum.

Another new feature this year is our restaurant 1817, with a lunch menu and proposals that combine the best of classic cuisine with creative touches.
A wide selection of healthy dishes that adapt perfectly to the palates of all our customers, such as the Caesar salad with prawns, marinated tomato, anchovies, crunchy garlic bread and parmesan; or the "Fish and chips" of hake with tartar sauce.
