During the months of March and April we offer you a very complete yoga retreat to rebalance body and mind. In a privileged environment surrounded by mountains and nature, which will allow you to take your time, rest and breathe fresh air.
Yoga, Mountain & Spa Retreat
These three activities are probably the ones that best allow you to relax and forget about your daily worries. For this reason, we propose a programme that includes 4 yoga sessions, 1 trekking excursion in the mountains and the entrance to the water circuit of the Park Spa Mountain Wellness Club.
- The practice of Yoga combines asanas with meditation and conscious breathing that help to calm body and mind and to release the tensions of our daily life. It will take place inside the hotel, in a space entirely dedicated to this discipline, during the days of the retreat. This discipline and the programme in general are suitable for all levels.
- Mountain excursion: taking advantage of our privileged surroundings, we have planned an easily accessible route to enjoy contact with nature and breathe fresh air.
- Spa circuit: in the programme we include entrance to our mountain spa, with which you will be able to relax completely. Now you will come out of this retreat as good as new. 😉
The best plan to get out of the routine
The retreat lasts a full weekend, from Friday to Sunday, with accommodation and full board at the 4* hotel Park Piolets, in Soldeu.
During these two days you will enjoy four yoga sessions, two spa circuits and a trekking outing.
