The Iron path
Located on the parroquia of Ordino, this path combines nature and culture, taking us to the original Pyrenean Iron Path that crossed Catalonia, Aquitania, Ariege, Guipuzcoa and Vizcaya. It’s a 4 kilometers route, almost at the same level, that can be traversed in an hour. You will be able to discover the resources bind to the metallurgic industry in Andorra, a very vivid activity on the Principality from the XVII Century to the late XIX Century.
The Path of the Toll Bullidor
Discover the natural environment of the Canillo parròquia with this path of flat 900m of length, ideal for little kids or the elders. With the start located at the Molleres Bridge (near the Meritxell roundabout to Canillo) you will find the directions to the start of the path that will take you to the first viewpoint. There, you will enjoy beautiful views of the village of Meritxell and the Sanctuary of the patron saint of Andorra. Following the path that skirts the river, you will reach the second viewpoint where you will see the spectacular water jump of the Toll Bullidor.
The path between Prats and Engolasters
Another easy mountain path to enjoy Andorra this summer. It has 12km and a little gradient, so it’s perfect to spend a morning or afternoon hiking with your family or friends. The walk starts at Prats (Canillo) and last for about 4 hours, during which you will cross Canillo, Encamp and Escaldes-Engordany. All the path is equipped with water points and rest places and you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views, forest areas and the Romanic chapels of San Miquel de Prats and Sant Miquel d’Engolasters.
Circus of Tristaina
Located at end of the Ordino Valley, Tristaina is an easy excursion with a great beauty, which will allow you to touch snow in summer. Enjoy first the incredible views while you access with car to the Come (Arcalís station); to later on starting an easy path that skirts the three Tristaina lakes. Highly recommended doing with kids who will enjoy the landscape and the final award: the lakes.
The Incles Valley
Very close to the hotel, you will find the Incles Valley. A flat and asphalted itinerary, perfect to do with little kids with stroller. We highlight its abundant flora, and the possibility to see all the cattle that graze on the mountains. The path is settled in a route that will take you to the end of the valley, where you will find a snack point where you can play with the water of the valley and eat a little something before coming back.
