Each moment of the day has been designed with a specific intention: to accompany you on a journey that combines calm, movement, and inner connection.

Ice Reset Mettabreath Experience:
Reconnect with your vital energy through conscious breathing and exposure to cold. A guided experience that combines theoretical explanations, breathing practices, and an ice bath with support throughout.
Healthy Brunch:
• Soy yogurt with oatmeal
• Seasonal fruit
• Avocado, salmon, and tomato toast
• Assorted mini sandwiches
• Oatmeal and banana cookies
• Fruit waters, natural juices, teas, and coffee
Spa & Relaxation Circuit:
A circuit designed to release tension and promote well-being for the body and mind: Finnish sauna, steam bath, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, contrast showers, and a dynamic pool with neck massage jets.
Kundalini Innerdance:
An energetic activation session that combines breathing, sound vibration, and chakra work to release blockages and enter a natural state of flow.
Violin Yoga Experience:
A unique yoga session accompanied by the magic of a live violin. A fusion where movement and music intertwine to harmonize body, mind, and emotions.
