Andorra Taste

From 18 to 22 September

The high mountain cuisine event is back for the third year in the Principality. In this new edition, the cuisine of the Nordic countries is the guest territory with Michelin-starred Chefs Christopher Haatuft, Filip Gemzell and Søren Selin. On this occasion, sustainability will be the main theme of the congress. In addition, Carme Ruscalleda will receive the Andorra Taste Award, for her career and for the preservation of popular recipes through innovation and creativity.

The Prat del Roure, located in Escaldes, will host the Andorra Taste presentations from September 18 to 20 with presentations by international chefs and Andorran representation. The congress is prior registration on the website of the event: https://www.andorrataste.com/

From September 20 to 22, the popular gastronomic meeting will take place at C/ dels Veedors in Escaldes. Admission is free and you can taste the dishes of the participating restaurants (upon payment), there will be showcooking, a classroom for children and live music performances.

Friday and Saturday open from 12h to 23h and Sunday from 12h to 20h.
