Home Experiences Sports Ice skating and ice karting

Sport and leisure come together at Andorra’s Palau de Gel, which offers activities on ice so you can enjoy unique experiences in Andorra. On its 1800 m² (60m x 30m) Olympic ice rink, you can test your skating skills or have fun at Splash: the new water slide activity at the centre's swimming pool.

Ice skating
Have fun while doing a little sport during the morning or afternoon sessions. In winter or summer, enjoy skating on the Olympic ice rink. Don't worry about renting equipment, you'll have everything ready for you: skates, helmet, elbow pads, knee pads... And even if you've never donned skates before, you'll be able to manage a little ice skating! If you wish, you can get private lessons or packs so you can practise over multiple days. If you’re travelling with your family, ticket packs for adults and children are also available. There’s no minimum age for skating: for the little ones (who also enter free of charge if they’re under 5 and accompanied by an adult who buys a ticket), you will find buggies and penguins that will help them get around the rink.

Splash: the new water activity
Don't miss the thrilling adventure of sliding down the 3 slides in the Ice Palace pool! Imagine yourself descending from a height of 7 metres, travelling a distance of 53 metres. This experience is open to ages 10 and up, with a minimum height of 1.20m. And for the youngest, there are slides in the kids' pool, for children between 3 and 12 years old. Each session of this activity lasts 1 hour and requires a swimming suit, bathing cap, flip-flops and towel.
