We are looking for a booking Agent with experience in the hotel sector in Soldeu, Andorra.
Job description: as a booking agent, you will be responsible for the administrative management of reservations.
Tasks include:
- Making reservations for direct customers by telephone and email.
- Monitoring sold activities.
- Monitoring ski passes.
- Supervising hotel reservations.
- Managing sales statistics.
- Confirming supplier invoices (GrandValira, Naturland, Caldea, etc.).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reservations, travel agency or back office reception.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and French. Catalan is highly valued.
- Knowledge of PMS: Prestige.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of workplace methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Attention to detail, organised and serious person.
