From 17 to 21 September
This year, the event focuses on the Alps as its guest territory, with a program that explores the richness of Alpine cuisine and opens the debate to other regions such as the Caucasus and the Balkans. Renowned chefs from Spain, France, and other countries will participate in a meeting that reaffirms Andorra as a global benchmark for reflecting on mountain cuisine as a heritage, economic driver, and cultural expression. The presentations will take place at Prat del Roure, form 17 to 19 September, in Escaldes-Engordany, with sessions on gastronomic identity, sustainability, innovation, and regional cuisine.
Andorra Taste Popular gives you the opportunity to enjoy dishes prepared by Andorra's restaurants from 19 to 21 September, starting at 12 noon each day.
This year, our restaurant KAO Soldeu is participating with a Peking duck bikini. It's the perfect time to try this and the dishes prepared by the other participants!
