Andorra Taste
From 17 to 21 September
This year, the event focuses on the Alps as its guest territory, with a program that explores the richness of Alpine cuisine and opens the debate to other regions such as the Caucasus and the Balkans.
Renowned chefs from Spain, France, and other countries will participate in a meeting that reaffirms Andorra as a global benchmark for reflecting on mountain cuisine as a heritage, economic driver, and cultural expression.
The presentations will take place at Prat del Roure in Escaldes-Engordany, with sessions on gastronomic identity, sustainability, innovation, and regional cuisine.
