In our buffet you will find very easily what you need for the most complete lunch.
If you are going to ski or do trekking we propose you to have a hearty but easy-to-digest breakfast. It must include:
- Bread, toasts, cereals, cookies, jam ... (carbohydrates)
- Milk, yogurt, cheese, cold meats, ham, omelettes... (protein)
- Olive oil, butter or margarine, cured cheeses, nuts... (fats)
- Fruits or juices (vitamins and minerals)
An example? Have a bowl of milk with cereal, a toast with butter and jam, and juice or fruit. If you fancy a salty breakfast, we propose you a sandwich of potato omelette, fruit or juice and coffee with milk and sugar.
At night, you will have the necessary dishes to replenish the energy spent during the day. If the day has been intense, we recommend that in your dinner, in addition to carbohydrates, you include in your selection proteins, to promote muscle regeneration. So you can enjoy one of our meat or fish made at the moment in the pans of our areas of show-cooking and accompany it with vegetables or pasta (always depending on the intensity of your day). For dessert, have some fruit or even a small treat with our delicious pastry cakes.
